Deputy Science Lead: Drive Learning & Attainment

Outwood Academy Ormesby in Middlesbrough seeks a dynamic Second in Department to provide cohesive leadership within our Science faculty. In this pivotal role you will support the Head of Department, drive strategies to raise learning and attainment, and model the academy’s vision.

You will lead on data, develop Schemes of Work, manage daily delivery, oversee behaviour, deliver CPD, and coordinate Immersion Days while promoting ICT use across the curriculum.
