Art Director, Children’s Fiction & Brand Design

Simon & Schuster Children’s Books is seeking an Art Director to lead the design direction for children’s fiction, overseeing covers, interiors and campaign assets in collaboration with editors, designers and external contributors.

You will commission illustrators, manage briefs and schedules, and ensure print-ready files meet production standards while staying on budget. A formal design qualification and strong leadership are essential.
