As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be:

• Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and management systems.




• Ensure statutory compliance, identify risks and implement effective control measures across the organisation.




• Oversee inspections, audits and corrective actions to maintain high safety standards.




• Work with employees, contractors and residents to promote safe working practices.




• Drive a positive health and safety culture and provide clear reporting to support effective governance.

Qualifications the Health and Safety Manager will need:

• Experience managing health and safety within social housing, property or facilities management.




• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.




• Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH) or equivalent professional status.




• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

What you will receive as the Health and Safety Manager:

• £52,000-£55,000 salary
