IT Operations Specialist: Factory & Office (UK/Europe)

Isembard is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to own hardware, day-to-day IT support, and access control for colleagues across the UK and Europe. You’ll work with IT and cyber-security leads to ensure IT runs smoothly in both office and factory environments.

Location is on-site at our Southwark factory in London with occasional travel to other sites; you’ll set up devices, handle joiners/movers/leavers, manage accounts, and write self-service guides to help colleagues help themselves.
