Fostering Assessment & Recruitment Social Worker

Essex County Council is seeking a Fostering Assessment and Recruitment Social Worker to support countywide activities in Basildon and across Essex. You will conduct initial home visits, undertake assessments, deliver training, and help run recruitment events.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with families, carers, and colleagues to ensure safe, nurturing placements across the county.
