Microbiology Lab Team Lead — Quality & Ops

Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Team Leader to support day-to-day operations in the Microbiology Laboratory. You will lead a team of 5–15 staff, manage workload, and drive quality and safety in a fixed-term role ending 31 December 2027.

You will coordinate staffing, investigate non-conformances, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance (UKAS/ISO 17025). The 40-hour week includes rotating shifts, with weekend duties on a four-week cycle.
