Clinical Team Lead – Mental Health (Flexible Hours)

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Bracknell is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to drive clinical leadership in the Bracknell Community Mental Health Service for Adults. You will oversee the Task Team and lead the One Team assessments, guiding MDT discussions and care planning.

Applicants should be a registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with leadership experience in adult mental health. This is a permanent, full-time role, with standard weekday hours.
