Easol is seeking a Support CSM to own day-to-day success for a defined portfolio of creators. You will combine responsive support with proactive Customer Success, guiding launches, setup and ongoing platform usage to maximize value and retention.
This fixed-term maternity cover runs from January 2027 to March 2028, with potential for extension. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver a strong creator experience.
