Cambian Group Plc is seeking an Intake & Assessment Registered Manager for Acocks Green. The role focuses on transforming lives of young people within our EBD services, ensuring the home meets at least a Good Ofsted rating.
The successful candidate will lead the setup of an Intake and Assessment home, develop tailored care plans, recruit and develop a strong team, and collaborate with parents and professionals to ensure welfare and safety of young people.
