Head of Corporate Finance — Regulatory Infrastructure (Hybrid)

Office of Rail and Road is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance to lead ORR’s economic regulation financing for the Lower Thames Crossing. You will shape debt/equity structures, hedging and WACC considerations, working with external advisers and rating agencies.
