THE COMPANY

We’re working with an exciting London-based AI start-up whose product runs through WhatsApp and is already attracting a growing number of users.

They’re looking for a Product / AI Engineer to help develop new AI capabilities, improve existing agents and scale the product.

You’ll have plenty of ownership, work closely with the founders and have a genuine say in what gets built.

THE ROLE

• Design, build and improve AI agents running in production
• Develop new features and improve agent behaviours
• Work with LLMs, agent evaluations and multi-agent systems
• Own features from initial idea through to production
• Contribute to technical and product decisions
• Help improve product performance and scalability

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on AI agent development, ideally with real users in production
• Understanding of agent design, testing and evaluations
• Experience with LLM-powered applications
• Regular use of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot
• Strong Software Engineering fundamentals
• A product-focused mindset and ability to work independently
• Able to commute to Holborn at least once per week

NICE TO HAVE

• Early-stage start-up or AI-native company experience
• Conversational AI or multi-agent systems experience
• Full Stack Development background
