J.P. Morgan is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in Bournemouth to own and drive the enterprise automation and orchestration platform across Windows, Linux, and network devices.

You will design reusable automation capabilities, ensure security-by-design, and partner with engineering, operations, and risk teams. You will lead platform architecture, implement automated build/test/deploy workflows with Jenkins, and advance AI-enabled engineering practices with traceability and governance.
