Senior People Ops Architect (Payroll, Mobility, Equity)

Wordsmith in London is seeking a senior People Operations professional to own the operational backbone of the People function, including payroll, mobility, PEOs, equity administration, and HRIS. You will implement salary frameworks, ensure audit-ready records, and maintain alignment with leadership decisions.

You will work across payroll systems, immigration, and compliance, building scalable processes and automations to support rapid growth from ~130 to 300 people.
