Barchester Healthcare in Tenterden seeks a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of a new build home. You will recruit and develop a brand new team, implement person-centred care, and drive occupancy and community engagement to deliver outstanding care from day one.

Experience in managing new builds, safeguarding and CQC compliance is essential, as is inspirational leadership and a track record of delivering Good or Outstanding ratings.
