Holland & Barrett is seeking a Senior Mar Tech Manager to shape our CRM and loyalty tech. You’ll align customer data, automation, AI and personalisation to deliver relevant experiences across email, app, web and loyalty channels.
Working with CRM, Loyalty, Data, Technology and Digital Product teams, you’ll translate commercial opportunities into scalable technical solutions, guide platform roadmap, strengthen integrations and measure value. This role is hybrid with travel to Nuneaton/London.
