My Client, a growing Corporate & Debt Finance Advisory business, are seeking a Senior Associate level Infrastructure Finance banker or accountant, to join a wider team that covers transactions across the aviation, nuclear, offshore transmission, gas networks (including hydrogen) and water sectors.
Suitable candidates will be able to evidence :
5+ years’ experience in one or more of corporate finance, project finance, infrastructure advisory, credit rating / rating advisory or regulatory finance, with a focus on infrastructure, energy, utilities or transport
Strong financial and valuation modelling skills, including building, maintaining and reviewing complex project, corporate and regulatory (e.g. RAB-based) financial models
Credit rating analysis experience, including assessing credit metrics against rating agency methodologies (S&P, Moody’s, Fitch) and understanding the drivers of investment-grade ratings
Debt modelling and assessment, including debt sizing, financing structures, ratio and covenant analysis, refinancing and finance ability testing
