Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD)

£60,000 per annum | 37.5 hours | Full-Time

Are you an experienced leader in children’s residential care ready to make a wider impact? We’re recruiting a Regional Support Manager to support multiple Ofsted-regulated children’s homes and drive high-quality care outcomes.

The Role

A hands-on regional leadership position providing operational support to children’s residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted operational support to Registered Managers.
• Deliver audits, coaching and mentoring.
• Provide interim management cover when required.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic and nurturing environments.
• Identify risks and drive continuous service improvement.

About You

• Strong management experience in children’s residential care (EBD).
• Experience leading or supporting residential services.
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.

Trauma-informed care experience is desirable.
