Job Description:
A Senior Design Manager is sought by a leading Main Contractor for a c.£200m+ healthcare development in Buckinghamshire. You will manage the design process from early feasibility and planning through to on-site coordination and final delivery, liaising between the design team, client and site delivery teams.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years in a Design Management capacity with Tier 1 contractors; a Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
