Aon plc is seeking a Life Consulting Director (M&A) to lead the development of a market-leading actuarial M&A proposition in UK/EMEA, reporting to the Life Consulting Leader. You will drive deal origination, client advisory, and cross-functional delivery across global markets.

Based in the UK with hybrid work from London, you will build relationships, guide deal strategy, and oversee due diligence, valuation, and integration activities for life insurers worldwide.
