Strategic Deputy Director, Estates & Facilities

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities Management – Commercial and Compliance to lead the commercial, contractual and compliance agenda across a complex portfolio.

You will shape strategy, drive value and ensure high safety and quality standards in a major NHS estate. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee major contracts, governance, PFIs and performance metrics, while building strong supplier partnerships.
