Remote Origination Director – SME Cashflow Lending

Buckden Partners Ltd is seeking an ambitious Origination Director to drive new business for a fast-growing specialist cashflow and leveraged lending platform.

You will originate £1m–£10m SME transactions, build a network of intermediaries, and shape the lending proposition with support from credit, risk and product teams. This fully remote role offers autonomy to develop your market and leverage existing relationships from day one.
