EMEA Company Secretary – Governance & Leadership

SSQ seeks a Company Secretary to lead governance for the EMEA region, reporting to the Head of Legal EMEA. You will own board and committee governance, ensure statutory compliance, and manage the Company Secretarial team across a complex group structure.

Applicants should have CGI qualification or equivalent, 7+ years in Company Secretarial, and a track record of leading a small team within financial services. Strong discretion and stakeholder engagement are essential.
