Overview

As a Project Architect in Liverpool, you will lead design delivery for residential and commercial schemes within a prestigious, growth-oriented studio. You’ll collaborate with a small-to-mid-sized design team and contribute to a strong project pipeline kicking off in 2026. The role blends hands-on architectural development with client-facing, cross-disciplinary coordination. Expect training and growth as the office expands to meet ambitious project targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and technical drawings for multi-unit residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate within a small-to-medium design team to progress schemes
• Prepare and coordinate design development and construction documentation
• Support bid and presentation activities for new projects
• Adapt designs to client requirements and regulatory standards
• Assist in project coordination and liaising with consultants and contractors
• Contribute to the growth of the Liverpool office with ongoing projects

Key requirements

• ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
• Approx 2-8 years post-qualification experience
• Experience in a small-to-mid design team
• Proven residential sector experience (high-rise, multi-unit, housing, masterplanning)
• REVIT experience is advantageous but not essential (training offered)
