Senior manager, Visa Direct Commercial Readiness

Overview

As Senior Manager, you drive commercial readiness and process excellence for Visa Direct programs. You partner with global and regional teams to ensure launches are market-ready, with clear communications and strong asset management. You translate complex program details into concise messaging and high-quality materials that support sales and solutioning. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and client-facing teams to enable scalable, cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve documented processes enabling client participation in Visa Direct programs
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to validate commercial readiness for regional activation and communications
• Support launch preparation, issue tracking, and readiness validations
• Develop and distribute communications (emails, newsletters, PowerPoint) for global and regional teams with clear, timely, accurate messaging
• Manage procedural assets (playbooks, implementation materials, FAQs, templates, enablement resources)
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Maintain documentation standards, version control, asset organization, and governance across Visa Direct materials
• Translate complex program information into accessible messaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations
• Demonstrate program management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Key requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with advanced degrees or PhD options
• Minimum 5 years in payments/operations analytics or equivalent
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Expert PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical thinking capabilities
• Basic understanding of technical schemes; knowledge strongly preferred in relevant domains
