EMEA Buy Side Front Office

Overview

In this role you will drive growth and adoption of FactSet’s Front Office solutions across the EMEA buy-side. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client workflows and translate insights into enterprise sales success. You’ll engage senior investment professionals, shape product direction with market feedback, and build a broad regional network. This position offers a chance to contribute to a strategic growth area in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Front Office solutions across institutional asset managers, asset owners, insurance firms, and hedge funds in EMEA
• Develop deep expertise across FactSet’s Front Office product suite and investment workflows
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Services across the organization
• Engage senior decision-makers and manage complex, high-impact opportunities
• Provide market feedback and client insights to Product teams to shape product direction
• Expand enterprise sales and refine consultative selling skills
• Build and maintain a broad internal and external network and contribute to long-term strategic growth

Key requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial technology, market data, investment research, or financial services
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing opportunities
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to engage senior investment professionals
• Ability to tailor messaging to client personas (e.g., Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Analysts, Investment Strategists, Traders)
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, generate pipeline, overcome objections, and deliver results
• Client-centric mindset with persistence, resilience, and ownership
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management; strong collaboration across teams
• Good understanding of Front Office workflows and investment processes; familiarity with FactSet’s Research, Content, and Analytics solutions is desirable
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working directly with Front Office investment professionals is preferred
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to one of FactSet’s fastest-growing strategic areas
