Senior Specialist, Product Operations, Fixed Income Evaluations

Overview

In this role you evaluate daily fixed income securities using proprietary models to support market data services. You will engage with market participants, analyze information, and enhance coverage and product offerings. You contribute to internal and external market communications and drive quality assurance within your markets. Your work blends rigorous modelling with timely insight to support clients and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of fixed income securities using proprietary models
• Credit spread and quote research with market participants
• Maintain relationships with market participants
• Interpret market information and apply it to the evaluation process
• Handle daily client queries
• Contribute to Market Communications for sales and clients
• Expand evaluation coverage through client portfolios and market initiatives
• Implement and enhance quality assurance and controls in the field
• Research specialist knowledge of assigned markets
• Undertake ad-hoc research projects as directed by management and senior analysts

Key requirements

• 3+ years in an analytical role within Fixed Income
• Ability to facilitate relationships with market contacts
• Numerate and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise workload
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income Markets and capital market fundamentals
• Strong understanding of various Bond Structures
• Experience with Fixed Income Modelling
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, VBA)
• Basic knowledge in SQL, Python, and AI applications
• European language an advantage (optional)
