Project Manager (Healthcare Construction Consultancy)

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, multidisciplinary healthcare projects from design through handover, meeting client, schedule, and budget targets
• Maintain regular communication with clients, design teams, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction, and OHS teams for coordination and issue resolution
• Provide effective NEC4 contract administration, managing risks and stakeholder obligations across the project lifecycle
• Oversee changes in project scope through formal change control to minimize impact on programme, cost, and quality
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and support business development initiatives to grow the practice

Key requirements

• Experience in consultancy or client organisations leading construction projects
• Pre- and post-contract design/project management across the RIBA lifecycle
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• NEC4 Contract Administration (accreditation valued)
• Maintain accurate project records (paper and electronic)
• Robust stakeholder management process
