Growth Execution Manager

Overview

In this role, you will turn MCP’s growth strategy into actionable initiatives that drive commercial performance. You’ll collaborate across MCP, Howden One Network, and other functions to accelerate growth, improve client development, and enhance the client experience. You’ll lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, establishing governance and measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact, international role that combines strategy, execution, and relationship-building to unlock opportunities for Howden’s multinational clients.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver MCP’s growth plan with clear objectives and metrics
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives across client development, cross-selling, and operating model improvements
• Build and maintain relationships across MCP, Specialty, Commercial, International, and Howden One Network to remove growth barriers
• Establish governance, tracking, and reporting to monitor progress and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Lead and support delivery of growth initiatives from planning to implementation
• Coordinate stakeholder input across MCP and wider business to ensure successful outcomes
• Prepare updates and recommendations for leadership forums and governance meetings
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Data teams to translate requirements into practical solutions

Key requirements

• Insurance industry experience (not consulting for insurance)
• 2–3 years in consulting, strategy, or project management; digital delivery experience is a plus
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Team player in a fast-paced, collaborative, international environment
• Data analysis experience is advantageous
