Senior Associate – Strategy & Operations (Growth)

Overview

In this role you will drive the financial and strategic analytics that steer growth at Voy. You will partner with the Growth team to evaluate investments, optimise paid media, and allocate capital across geographies and clinical pathways. You’ll build robust financial models and business cases for new initiatives, translating commercial, operational and financial inputs into clear go/no-go decisions. Your work fuels scalable growth at a fast-growing, global healthcare platform, often in unstructured environments. You will be at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, shaping how Voy expands and improves profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own LTV/CAC analyses across clinical pathways and geographies to guide acquisition investment decisions
• Evaluate and optimise paid media capital with rigorous channel performance frameworks
• Build and stress-test business cases for geographic expansion and new clinical pathways
• Lead capital allocation decisions across the P&L to prioritise opportunities
• Lead commercial performance analyses to identify growth and margin levers across the funnel
• Support annual and quarterly planning with revenue and contribution margin forecasting by segment

Key requirements

• 3+ years in investment banking, consulting, or growth-stage tech in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organisation
• Relentless, outcomes-focused mindset with disciplined pragmatism
• Proactive, self-driven with ownership and initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
