RIS Solution Architect Senior Manager

Overview

As a Solution Architect, you translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions by applying deep technology and domain knowledge. You’ll work with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to craft winnable, value-driven solutions that support the client proposition. You are a subject matter expert with strong influencing and advisory skills, guiding cross‑team decisions and solving problems that span multiple areas. This role centers on digital solutions architecture with opportunities to shape architecture across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into deliverable solutions leveraging technology and platform expertise
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to develop cohesive, value-driven solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert with deep architecture knowledge and advisory influence
• Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure cohesive and innovative solution delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in solution design and implementation processes
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Champion best practices and elevate quality standards in solution architecture
• Apply deep technical architecture skills in standalone deals or bundled offerings

• Expert proficiency in Digital Solutions Technical Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Application Migration
• Desirable: advanced proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing and overall Solution Architecture
• Strong client communication and ability to lead with viewpoints on CTO-level issues
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams to deliver cross-functional solutions
