Overview

As Site Leader at a Gopuff Micro Fulfilment Centre, you drive fast-paced, hands-on operations to deliver accurate and timely customer orders. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient fulfilment aligned with our customer-centric mission. You’ll own inventory integrity, order quality, and P&L performance while collaborating with cross-functional partners to scale operations. Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage operations supervisors and associates to foster a positive, collaborative culture
• Oversee inventory control and replenishment to minimize stock issues
• Monitor and improve order accuracy and timeliness within the MFC
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address inquiries and escalations
• Full P&L responsibility and cost-effective resource allocation for the MFC
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements, conducting regular safety inspections
• Track KPIs related to order fulfilment, inventory, and team productivity; develop action plans to meet targets

Key requirements

• 3+ years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong process focus with experience in operational excellence and compliance
• Proficiency in using data analytics and tools for continuous operational improvements
• Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfil day-to-day duties
• Able to work weekends and late nights
