Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end design, architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions on Azure, taking concepts to production. You will partner with sales and client teams to shape strategies and proposals, and engage CXO-level stakeholders with credible AI insights. You’ll mentor consultants, shape the practice, and stay at the frontier of AI and cloud technologies to drive enterprise impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture and implementation of agentic AI solutions from concept to production
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical agentic AI solutions
• Drive pre-sales activities including workshops, technical presentations, solution scoping and proposal development
• Represent the practice in CXO-level discussions with research-based AI insights
• Select and integrate AI/ML and agent frameworks, tools and platforms to meet solution requirements
• Champion AI SDLC best practices and agentic coding tools
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure and compliant with industry standards
• Mentor teams in AI/ML methodologies and agentic practices
• Keep current with advances in AI, agent-based systems and cloud technologies
• Contribute to proposals, client sessions and AI thought leadership

Key requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI and ML solutions in production environments
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel/Agents Framework, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS/GCP also considered)
• Background in Data, Infrastructure or Solutions Architecture with cross-disciplinary expertise
• Strong programming skills in at least two of Python, C#/.NET, TypeScript
• Familiarity with LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD for AI, Evaluation Driven Development and model monitoring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including CXO-level influence
• Experience in pre-sales technical solutioning and proposal development
• Previous client-facing experience in consulting or industry
