Overview

In this role, you will lead a single residential service to deliver high-quality care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a high-performing team. You will collaborate with families, commissioners and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for residents. The role focuses on outstanding care, strong governance, and sustainable service delivery, supporting people to live more independently. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a single residential home to ensure high-quality care, governance and service delivery
• Collaborate with families, commissioners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
• Deliver on the organisation’s three priorities: quality, people, and performance
• Oversee budget, rostering and performance management to sustain service delivery
• Drive quality and compliance through audits and action planning
• Promote a safe, person-centred environment and support independence and daily living skills

Key requirements

• Management experience within adult social care
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care
• Knowledge of social care legislation and regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or acquired brain injuries
• Budget, rota and performance management experience
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving quality and compliance through audits and action planning
