Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you drive end-to-end recruitment across the UK and expanding international markets. You’ll build sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with HR, Hiring Managers and senior leaders to meet business needs. You will own data in SAP SuccessFactors and guide candidates through a positive hiring experience. This role shapes recruitment across multiple locations and functions, contributing to growth and capability expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK and international markets
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned to business needs
• Engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels
• Serve as first point of contact for prospective employees and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Own and maintain SAP SuccessFactors data and recruitment metrics
• Collaborate with HR, Hiring Managers and stakeholders to improve recruitment processes
• Manage external recruitment agencies when needed
• Contribute to TA initiatives such as Early Careers, employer branding, campaigns, process improvements, and training for Hiring Managers

Key requirements

• Proven experience in attracting, sourcing and hiring talent in-house or through a recruitment agency
• Full recruitment lifecycle experience from briefing to onboarding
• Strong sourcing techniques and ability to engage high-caliber candidates
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies, data integrity and reporting
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and candidate platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with exceptional candidate, manager and stakeholder experience
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented and deadline-driven skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels
