Responsibilities

• handle financial remedy matters including high-net-worth assets, trusts and inherited wealth
• advise on nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes
• manage private children matters, relocation cases and injunctive relief applications
• build and manage client relationships while working with senior lawyers
• provide high level client care and practical outcomes
• collaborate with partners and contribute to business development and profile-building

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in family law
