Overview
As Insolvency Assistant Manager, you will lead case delivery within the Insolvency and Restructuring team at a top firm, overseeing pre-appointment work, progression, and closure under tight deadlines. You will conduct investigations into directors and debtors, interview key parties, and coordinate with solicitors, directors, creditors, and shareholders. Responsibilities
- Manage overall case delivery from pre-appointment to closure
- Coordinate case progression and ensure timely completion
- Conduct investigations into directors and debtors conduct
- Attend interviews with directors, bankrupts and other parties
- Liaise with solicitors on legal issues arising in cases
- Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders
- Work with directors and employees pre and post appointment
- Engage in litigation-related insolvency activities
Key requirements
- Experience working on insolvency cases (essential)
- Confidence in handling highly complex cases
- CPI qualification preferred or working toward qualification
