Data and AI Presales Architect

Overview

In this role you will design data-driven, AI-enabled solutions for clients, guiding them from architecture to deployment in governed, measurable ways. You’ll work closely with Sales, Portfolio and Delivery to shape AI-powered services, AIaaS, and autonomous agent frameworks across regulated industries. You help modernise data ecosystems and enable secure, ethical AI deployments at scale. This is a high-impact, customer-facing position in a fast-growing area of technology.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures combining data platforms, AI models, and autonomous agent frameworks for scalable deployments
• Define end-to-end AI solutions and AIaaS in hybrid or managed service environments
• Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio and Delivery to articulate and win complex technical solutions
• Guide customers in modernising data ecosystems and operationalising AI with governance and measurability
• Ensure ethical, compliant AI deployments in regulated industries

Key requirements

• 5+ years in data architecture, analytics, or AI solution design
• Hands-on experience with AI-as-a-Service and AI platform solutions in hybrid/managed services
• Presales experience with strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience integrating cloud-native AI services and open frameworks (MLflow, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs)
