Integration Manager II

Overview

As Integration Manager II at Vanderlande, you lead the integration of diverse system components for airport baggage handling and parcel sorting solutions. You will develop and execute integration plans, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule while coordinating cross-functional teams. You’ll liaise with customers to maintain relationships throughout the project life cycle and ensure a first-time-right integrated solution. This role offers the opportunity to shape complex integration programs in a globally renowned, technology-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated systems that conform to agreed scope and acceptance criteria
• Develop and manage the integration strategy and planning
• Develop and manage acceptance and validation criteria for project teams
• Manage existing systems: change management, coordinating development and implementation with customer requirements
• Customer liaison and maintaining client relationships throughout project life cycle
• Deliver integrated systems within budget and on schedule
• Foster a ‘one team mentality’ and maintain accountability for system delivery
• Coach project teams to deliver a first-time-right integrated solution
• Integration planning linking key technical deliverables
