Overview

As a Warehouse Team Manager at Morrisons’ distribution site, you lead a 24/7 operation serving over 1,000 colleagues. You’ll guide the goods in, pick and loading processes, leveraging prior FMCG logistics experience to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll drive performance, coach your team, and implement improvements to keep operations efficient. This role offers leadership development through Morrisons Leadership School and meaningful impact on overall service levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage and communicate with your team to ensure efficient goods in, pick and loading operations
• Lead and develop staff to deliver high-quality service to customers
• Set targets, review progress, and create improvement plans
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action to meet targets
• Identify and resolve operational problems and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

• 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment
• Team management experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and coach others
