Recruitment Resourcer

Overview

In this role you will help attract and assess candidates for Willmott Dixon’s in-house recruitment team. You’ll build strong candidate relationships, proactively source talent, and guide applicants through the recruitment process to support growth across construction and support functions. The role blends external sourcing with close collaboration with hiring managers and HR to move roles forward. It offers hybrid working and a chance to shape talent pipelines for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, database, referrals, and targeted searches to find both active and passive candidates
• Conducting conversations to understand experience, motivations and fit for Willmott Dixon
• Reviewing applications, qualifying candidates, and giving clear feedback
• Building and nurturing talent pools for current and future vacancies, including hard-to-fill roles
• Preparing candidates for interviews and providing timely updates and feedback
• Sharing market insights on salaries, benefits, and candidate expectations to shape approach
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and coordinating with Recruitment Managers, hiring managers and HR

Key requirements

• Recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• High level of organisational skills
• Experience communicating with people at all levels
• Desirable: Degree or equivalent qualification
• Desirable: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
