Responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensions
• Maintain proactive client contact and provide timely progress updates
• Progress files through completion, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality conveyancing services across the South East

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer or CILEx
• 3+ PQE in residential property or equivalent experience
• Experience handling a range of residential matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, leases)
• Strong client-facing and organizational skills
