Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and preparing contracts and reports
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents and lenders
- Delivering practical, commercial and client-focused advice throughout transactions
- Contributing to a supportive team culture and assisting with departmental growth
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Conveyancers with at least three years’ residential property experience
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail
