You will handle a broad client base, from individuals to executors and charities, on matters such as will validity challenges and Inheritance Act claims. You’ll work closely with leading probate lawyers, gaining early responsibility and high-quality client exposure. Responsibilities
- Advise clients on inheritance and trust disputes
- Manage a caseload including will challenges, Inheritance Act claims, trust disputes, and related probate issues
- Collaborate with senior solicitors to deliver high-quality dispute resolution
- Engage with a broad client base including individuals, executors, trustees, and charities
- Support development and progression within a specialist contentious probate team
Key requirements
- 2+ years’ PQE in contentious probate or relevant litigation
- Strong technical ability in probate disputes
