Overview

In this Senior Cost Manager role, you drive cost control and governance for UK infrastructure projects. You will work within Turner & Townsend’s contract and cost management team, partnering with clients and delivery teams to monitor costs, forecast, and manage change. You will influence programme performance and value through proactive cost management and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams
• Administer contracts per project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget
• Monitor cost variance and cash flow; ensure timely applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, and value engineering
• Manage contract change and governance to ensure best practices
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders
• Negotiate and settle final accounts
• Commission management as needed
