Family Law Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied family law caseload within a supportive, collaborative team. You will contribute to a modern, client-focused approach and prioritise ADR to resolve matters where possible. You will build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality care, shaping the client experience in a forward-thinking firm. This is a hybrid, Cardiff-based opportunity with clear development and progression paths, aligned to work-life balance and a friendly culture.

Key requirements

• Qualified Family Law Solicitor
• PQE 0-5 years
• PQE 5+ years
• Team player in a collaborative environment
• Interest in resolving matters outside court
