360 Recruitment Consultant

Overview

In this role, you drive growth for ERSG by acquiring new clients and managing relationships within the renewable energy staffing market. You lead sourcing and delivery of niche talent while steering teams of delivery consultants and account managers. You will engage with hiring managers, negotiate terms, and oversee the interview lifecycle and offers to secure placements. The role combines business development with hands-on talent acquisition, across a global client base.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads and map the market within your industry vertical
• Pitch ERSG’s staffing services to hiring managers and decision makers
• Negotiate commercial terms including permanent fees and contract margins
• Manage client accounts and attend industry events
• Grow and manage a team of delivery consultants, account managers and 360 consultants
• Head hunt niche talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals
• Screen candidates for technical ability and compliance
• Manage interview lifecycle and provide feedback
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure placements
• Build talent pools within your vertical

Key requirements

• Experience in recruitment or sales/business development is desirable
• Proven history of billing against KPI’s
• Tenacious and resilient; comfortable in high-pressure environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Outgoing and friendly personality
