Overview

In this role, you will lead and shape the Investment Panel to ensure transparent, effective governance in strategic investment for Central South Wales. You will work with CSAP Board Members to align investments with the region’s vision and priorities, applying external expertise to maximise community impact. The Independent Chair sets direction and ensures adherence to Terms of Reference, while Independent Members provide objective oversight and constructive challenge. This is a high-impact, governance-focused opportunity to influence sport, physical activity and movement outcomes across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Investment Panel and ensure effective operation per Terms of Reference
• Offer objective oversight and external expertise to support investment decisions
• Ensure investments align with CSAP’s vision, mission and priorities
• Collaborate with Board Members to promote transparent, responsible governance
• Contribute to strategic discussions on how investment drives community outcomes
• Represent CSAP in maintaining high standards of governance and accountability
