Senior FP&A Manager

Overview

Join Stats Perform as a key member of the Finance team, driving monthly P&L reporting and variance analysis. You will own budgeting, forecasting cycles, and ensure alignment with the commercial strategy. You will provide valuation, scenario planning, and investment analysis to support executive decisions. You will also build and maintain Power BI and SFDC dashboards to ensure data integrity for finance and business stakeholders. Responsibilities

• monthly P&L reporting and variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior year
• lead annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles with business stakeholders
• provide financial modelling and scenario planning for commercial initiatives
• investment valuation and amortisation reporting; strategic guidance on acquisitions/renewals
• revenue share computation, reporting, and optimization
• Power BI and Salesforce dashboard development and maintenance; ensure data accuracy across BI platforms

Key requirements

• advanced financial modelling in Excel (P&L, revenue recognition, bespoke COGS)
• Power BI and Salesforce reporting & analytics
• strong understanding of revenue share mechanics and commercial partnerships
• investments valuation and amortisation principles
• exceptional business partnering and stakeholder management
• clear, concise communication of complex financial data to commercial teams
• strategic mindset with ability to influence commercial decisions
