3PL Manager

Overview

In this hands-on role, you will own the day-to-day management of 3PL partners to keep Voi’s London fleet moving. You will coach 3PLs, manage performance conversations, and drive improvements. Your work enables scalable, safe operations across the capital and helps shape how Voi partners with external logistics providers. This position offers visibility into capacity planning and a direct impact on a growing urban mobility platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance discussions with each 3PL, track actions, and escalate if improvement stalls
• Handle daily 3PL requests and communicate software/process changes to partners
• Review forecasted workload and create a clear capacity plan with staffing, vehicles, and charging in place
• Contribute to annual planning and monthly forecasting of 3PL capacity with the central operations team
• Audit 3PL sites against health & safety standards and drive corrective actions to completion
• Review 3PL invoices and apply penalties or bonuses against targets
• Onboard and train new 3PLs on processes, tools, quality standards, and H&S requirements

Key requirements

• 3+ years in logistics, operations, mobility or a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience with 3PL partners or supplier management
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and end-to-end ownership
• Experience tracking, reading and reporting on KPIs
• Curiosity about new technology and AI; proficient with digital tools
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
