Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and coordinate with project team from inception to completion
• Lead and supervise less senior project managers
• Oversee CAT B office fit-out projects for large offices
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives and standards
• Liaise with stakeholders and maintain clear communications throughout the project lifecycle

Key requirements

• Chartered status or equivalent (RICS, CIOB or similar)
• Degree or MSc in Building Construction or related field
• Experience with a UK construction consultancy or similar firm
• Strong understanding of the building process and lifecycle
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience handling CAT B office fit-out projects
• Stable work history and client-facing capabilities
• Ability to manage client expectations and interact with diverse levels of stakeholders
